  • You can pay for our extensions in any convenient way, as a full range of payment methods are supported. The most common means are credit card and/or PayPal. Security and fraud protection are guaranteed.
  • 2. How do I get a refund for an extension order?
  • To give you a hassle free experience and peace of mind, almost all our products come with a 45 day refund guarantee. We will offer you refund within the 45 day period, however, if you experience any technical or support issues, please feel free to reach out to us . Our team of experts will try to help you resolve your problem. To request a refund, simply email us with the following information:

  •  Please allow us 15 working days to process your refund
  •  Please Note: You cannot order a product, refund it, order it again and refund it again. If you have previously ordered a product and refunded it and then re-order the product, you will no longer qualify for our refund guarantee.

  • At Magewares, we do not provide any free trials. However to help you make the right decision we offer you a 45 day money back guarantee. If you buy an extension and it doesn’t suit you in any way, you can request a refund within 45 days of your purchase with no risks on your side. We try and give extensive lists of features and demos for all our extensions, which help you understand how each extension works. Additionally you can request for a skype demo and one of our experts will take you through the extension and its features
  • 4. How do I install the extensions which I have bought?
  • At Magewares, we believe in providing extremely high level of customer service. Each installation comes with its unique set of instructions. All instructions are clearly spelt out in the extension installation package. However to give you ease of installation you can take the help of our experts at no ADDITIONAL COST. If you do not want to install your extensions, we will gladly complete this service for you.
  • 5. Can I test an extension on a staging site before transferring it to a live one?
  • Yes, you can install any Magewares extension on a test site and configure all the settings there before doing it on your live store.
  • 6. Will I get free support and updates?
  • Yes, 6 months of free updates and support of the purchased extension are included by default. If you want to avail of 12 months of support there is a minimal fee of $69. You will also get a 50% discount on the new extension upgrade after 6 months
  • 7. Are Magewares extensions compatible with all themes and extensions by other vendors?
  • We try our best to make our extensions conflict-free. However, in case of any incompatibility issues, we will work on fixing that for you.
  • 8. How do I know if your extension can do what I need for my Magento Store?
  • You can discuss your exact needs with our support staff and they will be glad to help you. To test your requirement you can order the extension, and if by any chance it doesn’t meet your expectations you always have a 45 day window to refund it back to us.
